This project, funded by Options Consultancy Services, focused on understanding MSI/MSION’s PSS strategy and vision, identifying initiatives for transition to Bauchi SPHCDA and SMoH, and assessing their readiness. Key activities included SWOT analysis, Financial Systems Assessment (FSA), Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA), and Political Economy Analysis (PEA), leading to targeted recommendations and training state staff on Public Financial Management (PFM), advocacy strategy, and evidence packaging.
